On the 24 of May we visit Agriturismo Archelao near Oristano, where we are showed how the local cheese is made and we are invited to a typical Sardinian lunch. We meet at Agriturismo Archelao, or go together by car from Casa Sanna in Mogorella.

We get to take part in the production of local cheese, and after we sit down to a fabulous Sardinian lunch.
Appetizers: Sausages (dried and salted ham, salami of wild boar, salami, sausage, bacon) seasoned olives, cheese platter, different seasonings paired with fruit and vegetable jams, Vernaccia and olives, grilled vegetables
First: Ravioli alla campidanese
Second: Mixed grilled meats, salad of fennel, oranges and sesame seeds
Dessert: Seasonal fruit, almond sweets, coffee and digestive liqueur.
Water and wine.
